I was selected to go to Japan through the Japan Fulbright Memorial Fund Teacher program. What an honor! I look forward to experiencing the Japanese culture and bringing back my experiences to share with you.
I am a new grandmother, so I am having mixed feelings about leaving - but, here I go!
I could go for some of those fresh lobsters... and a nice thick tuna steak. I have heard that the tuna that is in their markets is some of the freshest in the world.

Those lobsters you see are SHRIMP!!! They were huge and so beautiful!
